徐小翠,女,遗传学博士,3344体育官方入口预聘副教授。多年来一直从事胚胎发育和干细胞分化过程中的数据挖掘工作,开发生物信息学的算法,阐明细胞命运的表观调控,主要通过整合多组学高通量数据包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、RNA甲基化和转录组数据等,深入挖掘胚胎发育过程中细胞状态转变及命运决定的表观遗传学调控机制,相关研究成果发表在Nature Cell Biology、National Science Review、Protein Cell等权威学术期刊。未来的研究方向包括应用机器学习方法挖掘全基因组学数据,基于单细胞转录组学、空间转录组学数据和单细胞表观组学数据,系统研究发育分化过程中细胞的交互作用关系。
