      Dr. Jiang is currently leading a team of postdocs and technicians to investigate: (1) the roles of epigenetic modifiers (CREBBP, EP300, KMT2D, etc.) in normal mature B-cell development, humoral response, and malignant transformation into non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma using genetic engineered animals and genomics approaches including RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq, Drop-seq, and eRRBS; (2) transcription regulation via enhancers in normal mature B cells and aberrations of enhancer usage in malignant B cells; (3) ncRNAs (lncRNAs and eRNAs) functions in physiological germinal center reaction, and their involvement in malignant transformation; (4) therapeutics targeting aberrant epigenetic enhancer regulation and identifying PD markers in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

      Dr. Jiang has published 26 research articles in Science, Nature Medicine, Cancer Cell, Nature Communications, Genome Biology, Blood, Cancer Discovery, etc.
