个人简介:

张勇,长聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。2001年毕业于北京大学地球物理系,获学士学位。2006年毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所,获得博士学位。2006-2009年,在美国哈佛大学Dana-Farber癌症研究所从事博士后研究。2009年起任3344体育官方入口教授,2019年起任生物信息学系系主任。

 

研究方向:通过开发生物信息学算法和人工智能大模型,解析细胞命运决定过程中转录调控信息的建立及作用机制。近年来的主要研究成果包括:开发了一系列表观遗传组及转录调控组数据分析方法,系统研究了表观遗传信息异质性的建立、演进及调控机制,并揭示了早期胚胎发育中表观遗传信息的动态变化规律。

 

先后主持多项基金委、科技部项目。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文八十余篇,文章总计被引用超过20000次,其中作为通讯作者在Nature, Nature Cell Biology, Cell Stem Cell, Genome Research, Genome Biology等期刊发表论文三十余篇。先后获得国家基金委优青(2013年)、中组部青年拔尖人才(2015年)、上海市优秀学术带头人(2017年)、教育部青年长江学者(2018年)、教育部自然科学奖一等奖(2019年,排名第4)、国家自然科学奖二等奖(2020年,排名第3)、上海市自然科学奖一等奖(2022年,排名第2)、国家杰出青年科学基金(2023年)等。

 

已培养博士和博士后二十余名,包括吴瑞奖学金获得者一名、博士后创新人才支持计划获得者两名、上海市超级博士后激励计划获得者四名;培养的博士和博士后已有八位在高校担任教职。
